Millennials at Work

The Millennial generation will become 50% of the workforce by 2020—and as that momentum builds, they’re perfectly poised to reshape our entire world of work. Are you ready? As they begin their working lives, what are the hopes and expectations of this generation? And how can business leaders and HR professionals revise their strategies accordingly?

Join us to become a Millennial audience expert and get fresh perspective to help develop smart communications strategies. What’s really involved in a “quarter-life crisis,” and what exactly is a “side hustle?” We’ll explore the differences between the younger and older millennials, the value they place on emotional intelligence, their search for deeper meaning at their jobs and much more. Join us to learn more.
