Carrie Ericksen is the Director of Consumer and Shopper Insights at Tillamook. Before jumping to the other side of the desk to work for the farmer-owners of Tillamook in 2015, she was at Nielsen and a boutique market research firm guiding product development and marketing strategy for industries from CPG to med/pharma to public utilities. Carrie has a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She enjoys exploring the spender of the Pacific Northwest and eating good cheese.
