As a successful digital entrepreneur and executive, Hannu Verkasalo has founded, built and sold several companies in the digital space, and advised over twenty ventures across the US and Europe over the past 15 years.
Hannu is currently CEO of Verto Analytics, a pioneer in cross-platform audience measurement services with customers like Google, Netflix, Microsoft, Intel and others. Verto Analytics serves top global technology customers using digital measurement data for tactical and strategic purposes. His previous venture, in mobile analytics, Zokem, was acquired by Arbitron Inc. in 2011. Hannu continued as a SVP and the head of mobile and Internet at Arbitron and built the company’s presence to span across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and Latin America.
Hannu has a Ph.D. in Mobile Analytics from the Aalto University, and he holds Masters degrees in Engineering, Social Science and Economics. With Verto Analytics, he is based in NYC, USA.
