    A day in the life...

    • Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver on research projects/leverage consumer insights to drive business results
    • Support the development/refinement of strategies related to marketing and customer experience by providing meaningful actionable consumer insights
    • Lead and/or support projects and/or multiple work streams on several projects
    • Able to scope and generate full work stream, with support (key questions, data needs, analysis, insights, and presentation story)
    • Draw consumer and market related data from a range of resources, to shape stories and strategies for our business
    • Work collaboratively with CRI Team, supporting each other and sharing knowledge and learnings as relevant
    • Collaborate with other research and analytics teams to build research plans utilizing multiple sources of data relevant to a project or work stream

    You own this if you have...

    • 5+ years of experience in customer experience strategy, research or analytics capacity. Bachelor’s degree, with advanced degree preferred.
    • Strong record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions, drive change and achieve business goals.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders
    • Hands-on experience utilizing a full range of qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques desired (focus groups, online surveys, UGC/Social content, user research, web analytics, etc.)
    • Experience working with common experience measurement tools and methodologies a plus (ForeSee, NPS, etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and achieve results with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit; Intellectually curious
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Outstanding ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to stakeholders and key business leaders.
    • Retail experience preferred
    • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to interact effectively in a cross-functional team

    As a Sr. Research Manager you will engage on a daily basis with client-side product and research teams to assist in the execution and delivery of research programs for an entertainment/technology client headquartered in the SF bay area. You will be responsible for helping the client develop, manage and deliver research programs across a variety of topics and markets.  To this end you will help manage research programs and vendors, both qualitative and quantitative, and fulfill other requests as needed to operationalize and maintain ongoing related research programs. 

     

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

    ·  Work closely with client team leads to manage current and new programs and vendors (both qualitative and quantitative): develop research objectives, select methodologies, plan research projects, write questionnaires, and complete analysis and reporting

    ·  Analyze, interpret and synthesize learnings from primary research sources, providing summary reporting, drawing conclusions that are actionable and impactful to stakeholders

    ·  Provide day to day support, analysis and scheduling as needed for ad hoc requests  

    ·  Clearly express ideas, methodology, results and recommendations through insightful reports and graphic illustrations to clients

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·   5+ years of experience in marketing research or related field handling data, building presentation decks, and providing customer insights in a market research environment working on the supplier or client side

    ·    Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred

    ·    Understand a range of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques available to address business needs

    ·    Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills

    ·    Proven data gathering/analytical skills and data visualization

    ·    Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    ·    Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, experience with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides also preferred

    ·    Experience in the technology, entertainment, or advertising fields preferred

    Hall & Partners is currently looking for a bright and talented Account Executive to work as part of an account team focused on the day to day running of accounts, including brand and campaign tracking, advertising optimization testing, and other types of quantitative ad hoc studies.  You will also gain experience helping manage qualitative projects in this role. The team works with clients across several industries including  technology, travel and retail. The Account Executive will work alongside two Senior Account Executives and will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of multiple projects. Attention to detail alongside a willingness to learn and curiosity to understand the bigger picture will make for success in this role.

     The Account Executive is an important member of the project/account team, and commitment to our clients and to other members of the team are key to the success of the company.     PRR is looking for a Research Associate for our downtown Seattle office. This position will be responsible for managing projects, working closely with clients to meet their research needs. This includes conducting primary research such as designing and implementing surveys, moderating focus groups, analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting findings.  Having knowledge and experience with the complete research process from start to finish is ideal.

    About the role

    • Lead Zillow’s consumer and product insights team to identify, gather, coordinate, analyze and report on insights to understand and ultimately win-over the hearts and minds of consumers (B2C).
    • Provide direction and project management support for consumer and branding research efforts.
    • Be the consumer champion and establish ways to create a 360-degree view of the consumer & broader marketplace; and feed these insights back into the company to help guide strategy and execution across marketing, brand, product management, sales and design.

    Who are you?

    • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in consumer research, account planning or business planning.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the management of internal market research/ insights departments/ teams.
    • You likely have an advanced degree in Marketing or the Social Sciences.
    • In addition to leading a team, you like to be directly involved in the research you conduct and are a hands-on market researcher.
    • You can build consensus across groups to reach common business goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop and execute plans that directly inform business decision-making.
    • You will be fluent in all forms and modes of marketing research data collection – qualitative, quantitative, hybrid; online, in person, etc. – and applications – segmentation, concept & product development, advertising, branding, longitudinal, etc. – including a deep understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and best applications of each.
