Hall & Partners is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Research function to manage domestic and international projects, drive best practice, implement efficiencies, and support innovation.
The Project Coordinator will work across multiple clients, projects, and teams, while managing relationships with external suppliers. This role will support projects across both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a qualitative-leaning focus.
Core Responsibilities
Monitoring fieldwork, schedules, and activities to ensure that the project runs to spec
Managing project invoices and other financials
Providing full costs and timings for new business proposals and existing projects
Driving adherence to H&P Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Identifying further areas for efficiency and profitability of projects
Supporting the wider operations and research teams with any training and implementing of operational initiatives
Requirements
Entry level or up to 1 year of project management experience
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt and think creatively to find solutions
Proactive and process-oriented
Dedicated to quality and responsiveness
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
