This role will be instrumental to the primary research function at Nordstrom. Our research vision employs traditional surveys, marketing research techniques, but also brings a critical in-the-moment, qualitative dimension by embedding ourselves (physically and/or digitally) with customers as they shop. The result is providing our partners with timely insights that help them make critical business decisions based in customer understanding.
