Luncheons & Events
The Puget Sound Research Forum holds monthly luncheon meetings, September through June, complemented by social events. Luncheons feature guest speakers who deliver presentations on social and marketing research. Recent presentations have ranged from analyzing World of Warcraft user log files to the value of having access to trees.

A $10 late registration/walk-in surcharge will be applied after close of business Tues. afternoon before each luncheon
If choosing to pay by check, please note that if your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for the return check processing fee or any other fee which the bank may charge PSRF.
Reservation Deadline: Reservations are due by end of business on the Tuesday before the event. Any reservations received after this time will fall under the category of “walk-in,” and will incur a $10 walk-in fee and to which the “walk-in policy” will apply.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by end of business on the Tuesday prior to the event. If you miss the deadline, you are responsible for paying the luncheon fee or you may transfer your registration to another person to attend instead. You can cancel by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or online by registering again but writing “cancel my reservation” in the notes section.
Walk-in Policy: We do our best to accommodate walk-ins; however, if you register after close of business Tuesday, there is a chance you may not receive your choice of meal or that the chef may not be able to provide you a meal at all. Walk-ins will be charged the luncheon fee plus the late fee surcharge whether or not they are provided a full meal.
Credit Card Payments: Online payments are processed through AffiniPay. Payments at the the event are processed through PayPal. We do not save any credit card numbers (not even for membership renewals).
If you cancel your registration to a PSRF function and paid via AffiniPay/PayPal, a fee of $1 will be applied to the amount refunded to recoup processing costs charged by PayPal.
