Hear how Tillamook unlocked consumer needs in shredded cheese to reposition its offering and grow the category.  The Tillamook team engaged consumers at multiple steps through the development process to guide product development and marketing.  They will showcase unique research and analysis techniques as well as an online community platform that can be leveraged in a variety of other applications.

Our Speaker

Carrie Ericksen is the Director of Consumer and Shopper Insights at Tillamook.  Before jumping to the other side of the desk to work for the farmer-owners of Tillamook in 2015, she was at Nielsen and a boutique market research firm guiding product development and marketing strategy for industries from CPG to med/pharma to public utilities.  Carrie has a Master’s in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.  She enjoys exploring the spender of the Pacific Northwest and eating good cheese.
