Heather Eusebio is puzzle solver. Her expertise is in fitting the pieces of people, processes, and systems into optimized supply chains, specializing in brick & mortar and ecommerce eco-systems. In this session, she’ll be sharing with us how her team uses data to drive change across organizations.
As background, Heather’s passion for navigating complex operational challenges most recently brought her from Amazon Advertising to REI’s Strategy and Execution team. At REI she supports executive leadership through transformational initiatives in supply chain and beyond. Before Amazon, Heather spent 20 years at Columbia Sportswear with a majority of time on global ERP implementation, business transformation and capability management. Ask her about Nemawashi!
