We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our team. You’ll work on a range of projects and client accounts by helping to manage day-to-day study execution, data quality, analysis and reporting – being an integral part of the team providing engaging, actionable insights to our clients.

We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by this. We also work across a broad range of industries and methodologies, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

You’ll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. You’ll also need to be a self-starter, with the ability to learn and onboard quickly in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

Contribute to day-to-day project execution including: study setup, execution, and timelines; study field; data quality; vendor and invoice management; analytics and reporting.

Help manage and optimize timelines for research projects, collaborating with experts as needed. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.  Assist in writing clear and inspiring insight stories for clients.

Develop competency in analytics and reporting, seeking true insights in the data, and helping to add additional context via desk research, social media insights, and deeper respondent profiling.

Help identify ways in which to improve efficiencies on client accounts and develop automated solutions.

Develop understanding of our strategy and embrace new products, technologies and methodologies in client work.


Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.

Strong writing/analysis skills – on order to analyze and report findings in a clear, concise, and impactful way.

Ability to mine insights from multiple data sources, potentially including: social media sentiment, digital exposure, geo-demographic segmentation and profiling, etc.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to successfully manage multiple project tasks and deliverables at the same time – with efficiency and flexibility.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.  

Motivated self-starter, good team player.
