The Next Majority: Understanding the Values, Behaviors, and Influence of Gen Z & Gen Alpha

Gen Z and Gen Alpha are reshaping the future of work, technology, shopping, and human connection. Together, these generations represent nearly half of the world’s population, bringing new expectations around authenticity, community, inclusivity, and collaboration.

In this engaging session, Pam Liss will explore the values, behaviors, and trends defining these influential generations. From social media fasts and the return of in-person connections to evolving shopping habits and AI-enabled productivity, attendees will gain fresh insight into how Gen Z and Gen Alpha are challenging common assumptions and redefining what matters most.

Join us to learn how these emerging generations are influencing the future and what researchers, marketers, and business leaders need to understand to stay relevant in a rapidly changing world.

If you’re looking to better understand the next generation of consumers, employees, and decision-makers, don’t miss this session.
