Shannon Adams, Principal UX Researcher at Meta

Shannon is a senior UXR working on product and business process engineering for Meta’s private cloud infrastructure. She employs a deep toolkit of qualitative research methods drawn from human-computer interaction, communications, anthropology, and psychology to deliver findings drive business outcomes and enhance employee productivity and experience.
